Introducing the SG4TM secure grip bolt-hole spreader - a versatile tool that can spread flanges of all types with bolt-holes. This compact tool kit includes additional short collet holders, enabling the spreader to remove spacers, wafers, and butterfly valves with ease.
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 10,000 psi
- The secure grip bolt-hole spreader can be used on all flange types with bolt-hole sizes. The collet holders are supplied with adjustable drive cones which can be adjusted outward from their central position allowing the tool to spread flanges apart and remove a spacer, wafer or butterfly valve. This mid-end, hydraulic model offers up to 14.6 imperial tons (130 kN) of spreading force.

1 x Carry Case with protective foam inserts - Short Collet Holder Sets (SCH) are available which can offer improved range of application.
- Collet Holders can also be dismantled and inserted through bolt-holes from opposite side.
